Working Foolishly for Good
What defines our work isn’t just WHAT we do, but HOW we do it. We approach our work in a Foolish way (a term we use to describe an approach that’s unique and different) – leading with humility, curiosity, and a healthy dose of patience that recognizes that change doesn’t happen overnight. We’re committed to the following guiding principles that drive the way we do what we do:
In everything we do, our intended end result is always fewer Americans living paycheck to paycheck. All of our programs and efforts fall into three categories: Finding and Funding, Driving, and Building. Each of these kinds of actions contributes critical insights that enable us to further refine our efforts and efficiently drive progress. In short, actions drive learnings, learnings drive progress, and that leads to fewer people living paycheck to paycheck.
